Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou! Organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is een wereldwijd toonaangevend bedrijf actief in de productie van luxe jachten. Binnen de organisatie zijn tal van disciplines aanwezig, van Engineering tot Productie en Finance. Je werkt in een omgeving waar je direct zicht hebt op het eindproduct. De locatie is het beste bereikbaar met de auto en er is voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid. Je zal afhankelijk van de fase van het project voor het grootste deel van de tijd in Rotterdam aan het werk zijn en soms kortere periodes op de werf in Amsterdam. Functie Als Voorman Werktuigbouwkunde ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de Werktuigbouwkundige afdeling. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de installatie en inbedrijfstelling van scheepswerktuigkundige systemen soepel en volgens de hoogste standaarden verloopt. Wat ga je doen als Voorman Werktuigbouwkunde? Leidinggeven aan een team van circa 10 monteurs; Overleggen en coördineren met onderaannemers; Plannen, verdelen en bewaken van werkzaamheden; Waarborgen van veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie; Coachen en ontwikkelen van jouw teamleden. Functie-eisen Dit neem je mee als Voorman Werktuigbouwkunde: Een afgeronde MBO opleiding in de richting van Metaalbewerking, Mechanische techniek of vergelijkbaar; 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen een technische productieomgeving; Sterke communicatieve en coördinerende vaardigheden; VCA VOL-certificaat of bereidheid deze te behalen; Ervaring met het lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen; Bekend met MS Outlook, Word en Excel; Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en/of Engelse taal; Flexibiliteit om indien nodig op andere locaties ingezet te worden.
