Wat ga je doen: Als Kantoormedewerker voorraadbeheer ben je dagelijks bezig met de meest gave werkzaamheden en dat heeft allemaal te maken met één item: bier! Je controleert of de voorraden kloppen en of ze ook juist in het systeem zijn ingevoerd. Tevens help je de receptie met het te woord staan van de chauffeurs, zij hebben namelijk grote invloed op wisselingen in de voorraad. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn voor 80% gericht op kantoor, maar ook zul je in het magazijn komen om daar je werkzaamheden uit te voeren (20%) en te kijken of alle voorraden kloppen en netjes opgesteld staan.

Je werkt in twee ploegen, fulltime. Van 6:00 tot 14:00 uur en van 14:00 tot 22:30 uur. Hier staat wel een mooie ploegentoeslag tegenover! Werkzaamheden: - Zorgen dat de voorraad zowel fysiek als in WMS (systeem) accuraat is; - Resultaten verwerken in het eigen systeem; - Contact onderhouden met chauffeurs over inkomende en uitgaande voorraden; - Verwerken van KPI cijfers t.b.v. de klant; - Werken in een 2-ploegendienst (voormiddag en namiddag).

Over het bedrijf: Je gaat als voorraadbeheerder op het kantoor aan de slag bij een internationaal bedrijf gevestigd in Eersel. Het bedrijf is voornamelijk tussenstation voor een internationale speler in de biermarkt. Met verschillende afdelingen, opslag, laden en lossen draait alles letterlijk om bier. Je komt terecht in een team wat enorm divers is en waar je jezelf meteen thuis zult voelen. De begeleiding is erg prettig en er hangt een informele sfeer.
