- Maatwerk - Wat is maatwerk Hattemerbroek | 32 - 40 uur per week Jouw rol als Voorraadbeheerder Bij Trendhout ontwikkelen, produceren en monteren we stijlvolle buitenverblijven die via ons dealernetwerk door heel Nederland worden verkocht. Als voorraadbeheerder ben jij de spin in het web die al het materiaal op het juiste moment op de juiste plek krijgt. Je beheert de voorraden van meerdere locaties die nodig zijn voor buitenverblijven en voorraad artikelen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze voorraadniveaus kloppend zijn, dat alles op tijd beschikbaar is voor productie en dat externe partijen (zoals de houtschaverij) goed aangestuurd worden. Dat betekent dat jij je dagelijks bezighoudt met: - Het beheren en bewaken van voorraden voor buitenverblijven en voorraad artikelen op onze locaties in Hattemerbroek en Oldebroek; - Het bestellen van materialen die nodig zijn voor buitenverblijven en voorraad artikelen en bewaakt de levertijden hiervan. Dat gaat van douglas balkhout tot boutjes en moertjes; - Het coördineren van de productie van onder andere lichtstraten, staanders, louvres en hekwerken; - Het onderhouden van contact met externe partners, zoals de houtschaverij en sociale werkplaats; - Je zorgt dat de voorraadadministratie in AFAS klopt. Je voert zelf ook voorraadtellingen uit en bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het op- en afboeken van de voorraad; - Moet er voorraad verplaatst worden van Oldebroek naar Hattemerbroek of vice versa? Dan regel jij dit ook met onze afdeling Logistiek; - In deze functie heb je veel intern contact. Je schakelt continu met collega's en afdelingshoofden van de Verkoop Binnendienst, Productie en Logistiek. Daarnaast werk je heel nauw samen met de Inkoop Manager die verantwoordelijk is voor de voorraad en inkoop van de grotere volumes hout.
