Als Service Engineer ben jij de redder in nood voor onze klanten. Je bent een technische alleskunner die problemen snel doorgrondt en oplost. Je reist naar klanten in regio's binnen de Benelux en delen van Europa om machines weer soepel te laten draaien en klanten gerust te stellen met jouw kennis en kunde. - Samen met de Service Coördinator in Rijssen bespreek je technische storingen en bedenk je direct oplossingen. - Doordeweeks werk je vaak in het buitenland, in het weekend ben je meestal thuis. - Op locatie analyseer je problemen, lost deze op en geeft advies aan klanten om storingen in de toekomst te voorkomen. - Je draagt je kennis over aan klanten en collega's en legt je werkzaamheden vast in servicerapporten. - Je werkt vaak zelfstandig, maar staat nooit alleen - ons Support-team staat altijd klaar om je te ondersteunen. Vereisten Wij vragen - Mbo-werk- en denkniveau in de richting Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica of Elektrotechniek. - Bereidheid om binnen de Benelux en delen van Europa te reizen, doordeweeks ben je vaak op pad en in de weekenden thuis. Als het weekend toch nodig is, gaat dat altijd in overleg. - Flexibiliteit is belangrijk, want deze werkzaamheden zijn niet vooraf te plannen. - Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal; Duits is een pre.
