Vacature details Solliciteren Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen? Als Lead Software Developer XR geef je richting aan ons in-house XR-developmentteam. Je werkt aan de verdere ontwikkeling en verbetering van onze bestaande XR-applicatie en vertaalt technische vraagstukken naar betrouwbare oplossingen voor klanten wereldwijd. Daarbij combineer je softwareontwikkeling met technisch leiderschap: minimaal de helft van je tijd werk je zelf hands-on mee aan de codebase. Je neemt het voortouw bij technische ontwerp- en architectuurkeuzes en bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en onderhoudbaarheid van de software. Je werkt onder andere met C#, Unity, OpenXR en AR Foundation. Ook krijg je te maken met headsettechnologie, mobile en iOS development, augmented reality, mixed reality en AI-tooling. Naast je technische bijdrage help je het team om voorspelbaar en effectief te werken. Je begeleidt developers op verschillende ervaringsniveaus, organiseert het ontwikkelproces en creëert ruimte voor kennisdeling en continue verbetering. Samen met onder andere de Product Owner, QA Engineers, Solution Architects en andere developmentteams zorg je dat afhankelijkheden en technische belemmeringen tijdig worden opgelost. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit: - Zelf ontwikkelen, testen en onderhouden van XR-functionaliteiten in C# en Unity; - Leiden van sprintplanningen, retrospectives en backlog refinement; - Uitvoeren van code reviews en bewaken van coding- en securitystandaarden; - Maken van technische ontwerp-, architectuur-, tooling- en frameworkkeuzes; - Analyseren en oplossen van complexe technische problemen en productie-incidenten; - Coachen en ondersteunen van Senior Developers, Developers en Junior De...
