Dit is precies waar de afdeling Customer Support iedere dag mee bezig is: zij hebben intensief contact met onze klanten en servicemonteurs waardoor we problemen snel kunnen verhelpen. In de rol van Support Engineer ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klanten en beschik je uiteraard over de nodige sociale vaardigheden om iedere klant op een persoonlijke manier te helpen. Met jouw technische kennis en je proactieve houding maak je het verschil. Jij zorgt voor een optimale klantbeleving en draagt je steentje bij aan de mooie resultaten van het team om veel van de binnengekomen problemen op te lossen. Het is uiteraard belangrijk dat de klant zo snel mogelijk geholpen wordt; soms ligt het productieproces stil. We helpen onze klant zoveel mogelijk op afstand: telefonisch, per e-mail of we kijken online mee. De afdeling Customer Support is vanwege de globale bereikbaarheid 24/5 beschikbaar. We werken in verschoven diensten, ingedeeld tussen 06.00 en 18.00 uur. 5 dagen per week. De highlights: - Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, je weet de urgentie van de problemen in te schatten en registreert de gegevens in het incident management systeem Salesforce; - Je analyseert problemen door gerichte technische diagnose en lost problemen op door online mee te kijken; - Je hebt aandacht voor de klant, communiceert proactief over de status, zowel intern als extern, volgt cases op en legt alles vast in Salesforce; - Bij complexe problemen werk je nauw samen met jouw collega's om dit pro...
