Als Technisch Helpdesk Medewerker ben jij vaak het eerste aanspreekpunt voor internationale klanten van Voortman. Wanneer klanten vragen hebben over hun machine of een storing ervaren, ben jij degene die de situatie helder in kaart brengt. Je luistert aandachtig, stelt de juiste vragen en zorgt ervoor dat elke melding correct wordt geregistreerd en opgevolgd. Je bewaakt het verloop van supportcases, houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte van de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat zij weten wat ze kunnen verwachten. Daarmee lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan een positieve klantervaring en zorg je ervoor dat klanten zich gehoord en geholpen voelen. Waar mogelijk help je klanten zelfstandig om het probleem op te lossen. Voor ingewikkelde technische vraagstukken waar je de kennis (nog niet) voor hebt, werkt je nauw samen met ervaren support engineers die beschikken over diepgaande kennis van onze machines en processen. Wanneer specialistische technische expertise nodig is, zorg je voor een complete overdracht naar de juiste collega en blijf je betrokken bij de opvolging. Zo vorm jij de verbindende schakel tussen klant en techniek. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het beantwoorden van technische vragen en meldingen via telefoon en e-mail; - Het analyseren en registreren van klantvragen en storingen; - Het bewaken van de voortgang van supportcases; - Het informeren van klanten over status, oplossingen en vervolgstappen; - Het zelfstandig oplossen van (eenvoudige) technische vraagstukken; - Het afstemmen met support engineers en andere interne afdelingen; - Het bijdragen aan een professionele...
