Onze machines worden intensief door onze klanten gebruikt, wat betekent dat onderdelen soms toe zijn aan vervanging of revisie. Naast de verkoop van losse onderdelen worden onderdelen ook steeds vaker gereviseerd en opnieuw ingezet. In deze rol coördineer jij alle revisies en productieorders. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning, het vrijgeven van orders en zorgt ervoor dat alle benodigde onderdelen op tijd beschikbaar zijn. Je werkt daarnaast mee in het deliveryteam, dat verantwoordelijk is voor het opvolgen van orders zodra deze in het systeem staan. Hierbij zorg je ervoor dat orders tijdig en efficiënt worden afgehandeld door levertijden strak te bewaken en een soepele overdracht naar de betrokken interne afdelingen te organiseren. Wanneer er haast bij is, plaats jij direct de benodigde inkooporder. Daarnaast wordt ook het retour halen van onderdelen volledig afgehandeld. Binnen deze functie sta je in contact met vele afdelingen, van het warehouse tot onze serviceafdeling. Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Samen met je team zorg je er elke dag voor dat onze klanten tevreden blijven. De highlights: - Plannen en coördineren van revisie- en productie orders; - Je regelt de volledige afhandeling van retouronderdelen vanuit klanten; - Je zorgt ervoor dat orders op tijd geleverd worden door een proactieve opvolging en bewaking van plaatsing order tot en met levering bij de klant; - Waar nodig koop je artikelen in en volg je de levering door de leverancier op; - Proactief informeren van klanten en collega's over de voortgang van orders; - Je schakelt met de juiste afdelingen om de orders zo snel mogelijk op een correcte wijze bij de klant te krijgen; - Je signaleert en meldt kansen om onze processen verder te verbeteren.
