Voor een onderwijsinstelling in Tilburg zoeken wij een meewerkend voorman of voorvrouw die samen met het team zorgt voor een schone en prettige school. Je werkt zelf actief mee, maar houdt ook het overzicht. Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden, helpt collega's waar nodig en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer. Zo zorg jij ervoor dat het team prettig werkt en alles soepel verloopt. - Een bruto uurloon van € 16,70 tot € 18,44 per uur, afhankelijk van je ervaring - 17,5 uur per week - Werkdagen: maandag t/m vrijdag - Werktijden: 15.30 tot 19.00 uur - Werken na schooltijd - Een vaste werklocatie in Tilburg - Een zelfstandige functie met verantwoordelijkheid en afwisseling - Werken in een klein en gezellig team - Goede begeleiding en korte lijnen - Vakantiegeld, eindejaarsuitkering en pensioenopbouw - Een organisatie die jouw inzet waardeert Als meewerkend voorman of voorvrouw werk je zelf mee in de schoonmaak en ondersteun je het team bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. - Lokalen, gangen en algemene ruimtes schoonmaken - Het sanitair reinigen - Vloeren stofzuigen en dweilen - Werkzaamheden verdelen en het overzicht houden - Collega's begeleiden en ondersteunen - De kwaliteit en voortgang controleren - Bijzonderheden signaleren en doorgeven - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer Dankzij jouw inzet werkt het team prettig samen en kunnen leerlingen en medewerkers iedere ochtend weer starten in een schone school. - Je hebt ervaring in de schoonmaak - Je vindt het leuk om collega's te helpen en begeleiden - Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en oog voor detail - Je communiceert duidelijk en op een positieve manier - Je bent betrouwbaar en komt op tijd - Je bent van maandag t/m vrijdag beschikbaar - Je spreekt en begrijpt voldoende Nederlands om instructies te geven en te volgen - Leidinggevende ervaring is mo...
