Ben jij een natuurlijke leider met een passie voor wegenbouw? Als voorwerker ga je aan de slag met een voltijdse functie waarin je de spil vormt in ons team van wegenwerkers.

Heb je ervaring in het aansturen van een team? Ben je bereid om zelf ook de handen uit de mouwen te steken? En ben je goed in het bewaken van de planning en het kwaliteitsniveau van het werk? Dan zoeken wij jou!

In jouw rol als voorwerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een kleine ploeg op locatie. Je houdt toezicht op de voortgang van de werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Je werkt mee aan de aanleg en/of het herstel van wegen, wat betekent dat je niet alleen een coördinerende rol hebt, maar ook actief betrokken bent bij de uitvoering. Tot je taken behoren onder andere:

  • Plaatsen van boordstenen
  • Aanleggen van voetpaden en parkings
  • Grond- en funderingswerken
  • Algemene ondersteuning op de werf

De ideale kandidaat voldoet aan de volgende vereisten: je hebt relevante ervaring in de wegenbouw en bent gemotiveerd om fysiek werk te verrichten. Je bent een teamspeler die goed kan communiceren en over een probleemoplossend vermogen beschikt. Tevens ben je in staat om onder druk te presteren en heb je bij voorkeur een VCA-certificaat. Wat heb je nog meer nodig om te slagen in deze functie?

  • Relevante ervaring in de wegenbouw is een vereiste.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd en bereid om fysiek werk te verrichten.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die goed kan communiceren.
  • Je hebt een probleemoplossend vermogen en kunt onder druk presteren.
  • Bij voorkeur in het bezit van een VCA-certificaat.
