Voedselbank Westerkwartier logo - Klant worden - Hoe werkt de voedselbank? Wij zoeken een enthousiaste, kundige en representatieve voorzitter m/v voor de Voedselbank Westerkwartier. Omdat de maximale zittingstermijn van de huidige voorzitter op 1 januari 2027 wordt bereikt, komt de positie van voorzitter van de Voedselbank Westerkwartier vacant. Het bestuur van de Voedselbank Westerkwartier bestaat naast de voorzitter uit vijf bestuursleden die elk een aandachtsgebied hebben. Het gezamenlijke bestuur draagt zorg voor de inzet en ondersteuning van de vrijwilligers, het beleid, de fondsenwerving, de financiën en de interne en externe communicatie. Zo maken we het met elkaar mogelijk onze doelstellingen te realiseren. Wat wij vragen: De voorzitter; - Heeft affiniteit met de doelstellingen van de Voedselbank - Beschikt over een netwerk in de gemeente Westerkwartier, of is bereid en in staat dit op te bouwen. - Geeft leiding en coördineert de gang van zaken. - Geeft (ondersteund door de secretaris) leiding aan de maandelijkse bestuursvergaderingen en coördineert het bestuurswerk - Is (i.s.m. de penningmeester) verantwoordelijk voor de financiën en het opstellen van het jaarverslag van de Stichting Voedselbank Westerkwartier - Is binnen het bestuur primair verantwoordelijk voor de algemene bedrijfsvoering - Is bereid tot een zittingstermijn van tenminste 4 jaar Competenties: De voorzitter: - Kan goed organiseren en improviseren - Beschikt over leidinggevende en bestuurlijke capaciteiten - Is in staat problemen in de uitvoerende sfeer adequaat op te pakken - Vertegenwoordigt de Voedselbank op passende wijze in zijn/haar optreden in de Gemeente Westerkwartier en daarbuiten Tijdsbeslag - Gemiddeld 8 uren, twee dagdelen (m.n. op ochtenden) per week - Maandelijks een avondvergadering van het bestuur - Incidenteel landelijk en regionaal overleg Wat wij bieden - We bieden een collegiale samenwerking in een betrokken en actief bestuur - E...
