Als voorzitter van de wervingscommissie (WeCo) speel jij daarin een centrale, verbindende rol: jij bent de drijvende kracht achter het wervingsproces en zorgt dat alles soepel, gestructureerd en met energie verloopt. Met jouw overzicht en betrokkenheid help je de commissie doelgericht samen te werken en maak je nieuwe deelnemers enthousiast om zich bij CISV aan te sluiten. Wat is de weco De WeCo werft nieuwe leiders en stafleden voor CISV. Jullie zijn vaak het eerste contact voor geïnteresseerden: je legt uit wat CISV is, beantwoordt vragen en weet mensen te enthousiasmeren. Ook zorg je voor een soepel en duidelijk inschrijvingsproces. Samen met de communicatiecommissie bedenk je creatieve wervingsacties, waarbij social media een grote rol speelt. WAT GA JE DOEN? Als voorzitter houd jij overzicht en zorg je dat de commissie effectief samenwerkt. Je: - Houdt het algemene overzicht van het wervingsproces en onderhoudt contact met andere commissievoorzitters - Bewaakt het takenoverzicht en ondersteunt commissieleden bij hun verantwoordelijkheden - Bereidt commissieoverleggen voor en stelt de agenda op - Checkt regelmatig in met commissieleden over voortgang en betrokkenheid - Houdt de jaarkalender en belangrijke deadlines in de gaten - Bent de schakel tussen de commissie en het Algemeen Bestuur (AB) - Houdt het AB op de hoogte en woont AB-vergaderingen bij WIE BEN JIJ?
