Wil jij sturing geven aan een vereniging waar plezier in bewegen voorop staat? Gymvereniging WIK zoekt per direct een nieuwe voorzitter. WIK bestaat al vanaf 1945, en we geven gym en beweeglessen aan alle leeftijden, van kleuters tot volwassenen. De vereniging heeft ruim 200 leden. Wij zijn op zoek naar een voorzitter die zich betrokken voelt bij de vereniging en die samen met de andere bestuursleden, vrijwilligers en actieve leden verder vorm wil geven aan de ambities en de toekomst van WIK. Als voorzitter ben jij de motivator en geef je leiding aan het bestuur en de Algemene Leden Vergadering. Daarnaast kan je als vertegenwoordiger optreden bij bijeenkomsten of evenementen. Uiteraard word je goed ingewerkt, zodat je met veel vertrouwen en enthousiasme aan de slag kan. Wat zijn de ideale eigenschappen van de voorzitter? - Kan weloverwogen beslissingen nemen - Kan zichzelf goed verwoorden en durft kritisch te zijn - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden - Is een natuurlijke autoriteit en kan leidinggeven aan het bestuur - De voorzitter interesseert zich voor de gym en beweegsport en denkt na over visie en toekomst van onze vereniging Belasting: - ± 3 uur in de week - Het bestuur vergadert ± 8 x per jaar Soort dienstverband: Vrijwilligerswerk Reageren: [email protected] De gymnastiekvereniging heeft de beschikking over een tweetal kasten in de sporthal die opgeknapt moeten worden. Ook hoezen voor om de matrassen kunnen zelfgemaakt worden. Kortom: Onze vereniging is opzoek naar personen die handig zijn met zaag, beitel en hamer, met de naaimachine of kennis hebben van hout en/of metaalbewerking.
