Heb je affiniteit met erfgoed, musea en vrijwilligersorganisaties? En wil je samen met de collega-toezichthouders sparringpartner zijn voor de bestuurder van Erfgoed Gelderland? Dan zoeken wij jou - per 1 januari 2027 - als voorzitter van onze raad van toezicht. Als voorzitter geef je op verbindende wijze leiding aan de raad van toezicht. Je zorgt voor scherpe, zorgvuldige besluitvorming, bewaakt de rolvastheid van de raad en stimuleert een open en collegiale samenwerking. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor de bestuurder en hebt oog voor de ontwikkeling en toekomst van Erfgoed Gelderland in een veranderend erfgoedveld. Wij vinden het belangrijk dat je: - duidelijke binding hebt met Gelderland, bij voorkeur ook politiek-bestuurlijk; - affiniteit hebt met erfgoed, musea en de maatschappelijke waarde van erfgoed; - ervaring hebt met toezichthouden en/of met voorzitterschap in het publiek-maatschappelijke domein; - gevoel hebt voor bestuurlijke verhoudingen, governance en de rol van een raad van toezicht; - voldoende tijd en energie hebt om de raad goed te laten functioneren; - ontwikkelingen in samenleving, erfgoed, musea en vrijwilligerswerk kunt vertalen naar kansen voor Erfgoed Gelderland; - integer, onafhankelijk, geloofwaardig en verbindend bent; - geen belangenverstrengeling hebt die deze functie in de weg staat.
