Voorzitter en lid Raad van Toezicht Sluitingsdatum 08 oktober 2026 Dokkum Stichting Arlanta Voorzitter en lid Raad van Toezicht - Stichting Arlanta - Dokkum In verband met het reglementair aftreden van de voorzitter en een lid Raad van Toezicht Stichting Arlanta zijn per direct twee vacatures ontstaan: de vacature voorzitter en een vacature lid Raad van Toezicht. Stichting Arlanta is het bevoegd gezag van achttien basisscholen en één school voor speciaal basisonderwijs in Noardeast-Fryslân. De scholen vormen een veelkleurig palet en verschillen duidelijk van elkaar in aanpak en inrichting. In het schooljaar 2026-2027 verzorgen ongeveer 300 medewerkers onderwijs en ondersteuning voor ongeveer 2.050 leerlingen. Het bestuurskantoor van de stichting is gehuisvest in Dokkum. De Raad van Toezicht van Arlanta zoekt een voorzitter en een lid die: • Affiniteit hebben met het primair onderwijs en met de christelijke identiteit van Arlanta; • Kennis hebben van maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen in Noardeast-Fryslân; • Verbinding hebben met de regio Noardeast-Fryslân; • Op strategisch niveau kunnen meedenken over onderwijskundige, financiële en/of organisatorische vraagstukken; • Verbindend en kritisch zijn, met oog voor zowel de organisatie als de maatschappelijke context; • Kennis hebben van de risico's en kansen op het gebied van huisvesting in een krimpregio; • Een connectie hebben met gemeenten in het voedingsgebied. Van de voorzitter verwachten we dat hij/zij: • Bestuurlijke ervaring heeft en deze met rust en overzicht inzet; • Zorg draagt voor een prettige, open en constructieve samenspraak met de bestuurder; • Beschikt over een breed maatschappelijk netwerk en dit actief weet te benutten; • Strategisch kan denken en de hoofdlijnen bewaakt; • Rolvast is binnen de Governance en helder omgaat met de verantwoordelijkheden van toezicht en bestuur.
