Voor deze nieuw te vormen Raad zoeken wij drie betrokken, onafhankelijke en deskundige toezichthouders: 1. Voorzitter Raad van Toezicht - profiel Bestuur & Governance 2. Lid Raad van Toezicht - profiel Financiën & Bedrijfsvoering 3. Lid Raad van Toezicht - profiel Jeugdzorg, Kwaliteit & Veiligheid Dit is een bijzonder moment om in te stappen. Als lid van de eerste Raad van Toezicht krijg je de mogelijkheid om niet alleen toezicht te houden, maar ook bij te dragen aan de inrichting en verdere professionalisering van het toezicht binnen een organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is. Wij geloven dat goede jeugdhulp vraagt om maatwerk, flexibiliteit, professionele ruimte en de bereidheid om anders te denken en te doen wanneer bestaande oplossingen onvoldoende aansluiten. ViaNeo is de afgelopen jaren gegroeid en heeft haar dienstverlening verder verbreed en geprofessionaliseerd. Met die ontwikkeling groeit ook onze verantwoordelijkheid als zorgorganisatie. De instelling van een Raad van Toezicht per 1 januari 2027 is een volgende stap in het versterken van onze governance, kwaliteit, continuïteit en maatschappelijke verantwoordelijkheid. De Raad van Toezicht De Raad van Toezicht houdt onafhankelijk toezicht op het beleid van de bestuurder en op de algemene gang van zaken binnen ViaNeo. De Raad vervult daarbij drie belangrijke rollen: • Toezichthouder: kritisch en onafhankelijk volgen en beoordelen van het bestuur en de ontwikkeling van de organisatie; • Klankbord en adviseur: vanuit kennis en ervaring reflecteren op strategische, organisatorische en maatschappelijke vraagstukken; • Werkgeversrol: toezien op het functioneren en de ontwikkeling van de bestuurder binnen de daarvoor geldende statutaire bevoegdheidsverdeling.
