De ontwikkeling van de branche en de Klantenservice Federatie (KSF) vraagt in toenemende mate kennis over de arbeidsmarkt in klantcontact. Als nieuwe voorzitter zorg je ervoor dat de KSF vooroploopt in kennis over HR-onderwerpen als werving, selectie, behoud en skills van medewerkers klantcontact en het contactcenter als kweekvijver voor talent. Tevens denk je gedurende het jaar actief mee over kennisdeling in de vereniging. Als voorzitter van de expertgroep: - verzorg je voor een jaar (met een mogelijke verlenging van maximaal een jaar) samen met de meedenkende & meewerkende leden (4 tot 5 per expertgroep) en eventmanager Dorien Exalto de organisatie van minstens drie (online) expertsessies. - produceer je samen met de meedenkende & meewerkende leden ieder kwartaal verschillende soorten output met betrekking tot de servicebelofte die welke op dat moment behandeld wordt. Denk hierbij aan praktische en strategische content en feiten & cijfers (benchmarkcijfers, updates over regelgeving en trends). - brainstorm je samen met de meedenkende & meewerkende leden over onderwerpen, maar draag jij verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van de output. Je zorgt er bijvoorbeeld voor dat sprekers tijdig gebrieft worden, en de locatie tijdig gereserveerd is. - schrijf je eens per jaar een blog over het onderwerp uit naam van de KSF - ben je aanwezig tijdens de ALV, die twee keer per jaar plaatsvindt - ben je aanwezig bij het jaarlijkse HR-congres en bij het jaarcongres - ben je aanwezig tijdens de voorzittersmeeting, die twee keer per jaar plaatsvindt - neem je op basis van de expertsessies in overleg met de KSF PR-initiatieven Natuurlijk ben je lid van de KSF, heb je een groot netwerk in HR en weet je interessante sprekers te benaderen.
