- Werken bij Spectrum - HR2Day Voorzitter en Lid Raad van Toezicht Bouw mee aan een nieuwe onderwijsorganisatie in beweging. Schoolbesturen Octant en Spectrum gaan waarschijnlijk per 1 januari 2027 samen verder als één stichting voor christelijk primair onderwijs. Daarmee ontstaat een krachtige onderwijsorganisatie met 17 basisscholen, ruim 4.700 leerlingen en ongeveer 500 medewerkers in Pijnacker-Nootdorp, Lansingerland en Den Haag. De nieuwe organisatie bouwt voort op een rijke geschiedenis, een sterke lokale verankering en een gedeelde ambitie: kwalitatief hoogwaardig onderwijs voor ieder kind. Voor deze nieuwe fase zoeken wij een voorzitter en een lid voor de Raad van Toezicht (RvT). Een unieke kans om vanaf de start betrokken te zijn bij de verdere ontwikkeling van een onderwijsorganisatie die in alle onderdelen werkt vanuit vertrouwen, professionele ruimte en gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid. De Raad van Toezicht De Raad van Toezicht houdt integraal en onafhankelijk toezicht op het bestuur en fungeert als kritisch sparringpartner van het College van Bestuur. Daarnaast vervult de raad de werkgeversrol voor het College van Bestuur en ziet zij toe op goed bestuur, onderwijskwaliteit, continuïteit en maatschappelijke waarde. De Raad van Toezicht bewaakt een zorgvuldige balans tussen bestuur en toezicht, waarbij de RvT het bestuur ruimte geeft om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en tegelijkertijd houdt de RvT vanuit vertrouwen, betrokkenheid en kritische reflectie toezicht op de realisatie van de maatschappelijke opgave. In de eerste jaren ligt er een bijzondere opgave: het begeleiden van de ontwikkeling van twee organisaties naar één gezamenlijke organisatie en cultuur. Daarbij zijn onder meer de realisatie van de fusiedoelen, de ontwikkeling van een gezamenlijke koers, onderwijskwaliteit, goed werkgeverschap en verbinding met scholen belangrijke aandachtspunten.
