The posting

Voor verschillende activiteiten zijn we op zoek naar mensen die ons willen helpen. Hieronder een aantal functies waarbij we nog hulp kunnen gebruiken. Sommige functies komen op incidentele basis voor, andere zijn structureler en kosten wat meer tijd. Je kunt zelf aangeven wat je wilt doen en hoeveel tijd je eraan wilt besteden. Wil je meer informatie over een van de onderstaande functies of wil je je aanmelden, bel of mail ons dan. Omdat onze huidige voorzitter momenteel meerdere functies heeft zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe voorzitter. We zijn een gemotiveerde groep mensen die naast dat we nuttig werk verrichten (vinden wij) het ook leuk willen hebben met elkaar. Bijna dagelijks is er contact tussen een of meerdere leden onderling (App, mail). Ook is er regelmatig contact met de ketenpartners. We hebben een heleboel ideeën en het grootste probleem waar we tegenaan lopen zijn de financiën. Ook zijn we niet zo goed in tijdefficiënt vergaderen (het moet ook leuk blijven). Wij zijn daarom op zoek naar iemand die goed in staat is te verwoorden wat onze groep wil. Ook (vooral) voor de pers. Daarnaast moet hij/zij een vergadering kunnen leiden en hoofd en bijzaken goed kunnen onderscheiden. Omdat we meer aan fondsenwerving moeten doen, is een groot netwerk wenselijk. Van belang is dat onze toekomstige voorzitter goed kan omgaan met groepsdynamiek en de dynamiek van vrijwilligerswerk. We werken allemaal naast dit vrijwilligerswerk en kunnen hier maar beperkt tijd aan besteden. Onze nieuwe voorzitter heeft affiniteit met het onderwerp en een groot hart voor Eindhoven. Hij/zij weet te inspireren (vooral naar buiten toe, onze groep heeft inspiratie genoeg), Is in staat zich het onderwerp in korte tijd eigen te maken, heeft een groot netwerk en heeft ideeën hoe we aan geld/ incidentele, specifieke expertise kunnen komen.
