Word jij onze nieuwe voorzitter of lid van de cliëntenraad? Wil jij bijdragen aan goede zorg en opkomen voor de belangen van cliënten? Vind je het belangrijk dat cliënten een stem hebben binnen Interzorg? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou als enthousiaste voorzitter of lid van de cliëntenraad. Wat ga je doen? Als voorzitter zorg je voor een prettige samenwerking binnen de cliëntenraad. Je leidt de vergaderingen, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zijn of haar mening kan geven. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen de cliëntenraad en Interzorg. Als lid denk je actief mee over onderwerpen die belangrijk zijn voor cliënten. Je deelt ideeën, geeft advies en helpt mee om de kwaliteit van zorg en dienstverlening verder te verbeteren. De cliëntenraad wordt uitdrukkelijk gevraagd advies te geven bij belangrijke besluiten op gebied van kwaliteit van zorg. Ook brengen zij zo nodig ongevraagd advies uit over cliëntgerichte vraagstukken. De cliëntenraad krijgt secretariële ondersteuning en is lid van het LOC, het landelijk orgaan voor cliëntenraden. Er wordt viermaal per jaar vergaderd met de directie, daarnaast is de tijdinvestering gemiddeld 2 uur per week als voorzitter en 1 uur per week als lid. Als voorzitter houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Het voorzitten en begeleiden van vergaderingen; - het opstellen van de agenda samen met de secretaris; - het bewaken van actiepunten, notulen en gemaakte afspraken; - het zorgen voor een goede informatievoorziening naar de leden; - het onderhouden van het contact tussen de cliëntenraad en Interzorg; - het behandelen en coördineren van adviesaanvragen en instemmingsverzoeken van de organisatie; - het stimuleren van een open, prettige en constructieve samenwerking.
