Voor onze lokale Terre des Hommes winkel in Apeldoorn zoeken wij een ondernemende en inspirerende voorzitter die het verschil wil maken. Als voorzitter ben je het boegbeeld en de drijvende kracht achter onze lokale winkel. Je leidt niet alleen het bestuur, maar je bent ook de verbindende factor tussen de winkel, het hoofdkantoor in Den Haag en de lokale gemeenschap. Samen met een enthousiast team van vrijwilligers zorg je ervoor dat onze winkel optimaal draait, zodat de opbrengst direct naar projecten gaat die kinderuitbuiting stoppen. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol neem je het voortouw in de verdere ontwikkeling van de winkel. Jouw takenpakket is veelzijdig en impactvol: - Strategisch leiderschap: Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt het beleid van de winkel in nauwe samenwerking met je medebestuurders en de regiocoördinator. - Verbinden & Netwerken: Je bent de actieve link naar ondernemersverenigingen, de gemeente en maatschappelijke organisaties om de positie van de winkel te versterken. - Inspireren: Samen met het bestuur werf en inspireer je het vrijwilligersteam en zorg je voor een constructieve sfeer tijdens de bestuursvergaderingen. - Beheer & Toezicht: Je ziet toe op een gezonde financiële huishouding en zorgt dat we werken volgens de statuten en gedragscode van Terre des Hommes. - Ontwikkeling: Je anticipeert op nieuwe ontwikkelingen en vindt het leuk om samen met het team creatieve aanpassingen door te voeren in de winkel.
