Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste voorzitter die samen met ons wil bouwen aan een sterke VOI voor al onze leden! Als voorzitter ben jij de verbindende factor binnen onze vereniging. Je denkt mee vanuit het perspectief van de leden, geeft samen met het bestuur richting aan de plannen en bent ons gezicht naar buiten toe. Je hoeft het zeker niet alleen te doen: samen met een betrokken team zorg je voor een fijne samenwerking en een heldere koers. Wat houdt de rol in? · Je brengt leden en het bestuur samen en zorgt voor een open, prettige sfeer. · Je geeft samen met het bestuur richting aan de plannen, bewaakt het overzicht en denkt mee over de toekomst van de VOI. · Je onderhoudt contacten binnen ons netwerk en draagt uit waar we als vereniging voor staan. · Je helpt bij het bewaken van de agenda en het nemen van besluiten waar iedereen achter staat. · Je bent gemiddeld genomen een paar uur per week beschikbaar. Daar staat een vrijwilligersvergoeding tegenover. Wie zoeken we? · Je voelt je verbonden met de VOI en vindt het leuk om met mensen in gesprek te gaan. · Je werkt graag samen, luistert goed naar verschillende meningen en durft knopen door te hakken als dat nodig is. · Je vindt het prettig om voor een groep te spreken en beschikt over een dosis enthousiasme. · Je bent op flexibele momenten beschikbaar (in overleg).
