We zoeken een bij de vereniging passende bestuurder, die samen met de andere bestuursleden, vrijwilligers en actieve leden, verder vorm geeft aan de ambities en de toekomst van onze prachtige vereniging. Profiel: - Heeft bij voorkeur bestuurlijke en/of leidinggevende ervaring - Is een teamplayer en respecteert de commissiestructuur - Beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden - Heeft het vermogen om mensen en partijen te verbinden - Is besluitvaardig - Beschikt over inlevingsvermogen - Is doortastend - Heeft het vermogen te delegeren - Een voetbalhart is een pré - Tilt ons bestuurlijk naar een hoger plan; neemt deel aan één of meer commissies Taken: • Leiding geven aan en houdt toezicht op het verenigingsleven. • Voorbereiden en leiden van bestuursvergaderingen de algemene ledenvergadering. • Vertegenwoordiger van de vereniging naar buiten (o.a. naar Gemeente, KNVB, andere verenigingen) en tevens woordvoerder. • Bewaakt de organisatiestructuur en aansturing van de commissies. • Toezicht houden en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de juiste uitvoering van statuten, huishoudelijk reglement, voorschriften van de KNVB, en aangegane en nog te sluiten contracten • Volgen van externe ontwikkelingen en deze indien nodig afstemmen op de organisatie van de vereniging • Samen met overige bestuursleden opstellen en uitvoeren van het te voeren beleid • Aanwezig en aanspreekbaar zijn, aandacht tonen, mensen bij elkaar brengen, trachten conflicten binnen de club op te lossen • Ontvangen en contacteren besturen andere verenigingen • Richting geven aan de uitvoering van het bestuurlijk beleid in hoofdlijnen. • Zorg dragen voor een adequate afvaardiging van het bestuur c.q. vervanging daarvan bij thuis (-en uit)wedstrijden van het 1e elftal. • Volgen van externe ontwikkelingen en deze indien ...
