Voorzitter Centrale Clientenraad Administratie en secretarieel Gorinchem 3 uur 21-10-2026 Rivas Zorggroep levert als ketenzorgorganisatie in een groot gebied in het midden van Nederland, ziekenhuiszorg, wijkverpleging, revalidatiezorg en verpleeghuiszorg. De Centrale Cliëntenraad (CCR) van Rivas Zorggroep zoekt een bevlogen, onafhankelijke en verbindende voorzitter. De CCR behartigt de overkoepelende belangen van cliënten binnen Rivas Zorggroep. Daar waar strategisch beleid en praktijk elkaar raken, zorgt de CCR dat de stem van de cliënt gehoord wordt. De CCR wordt gevormd door een afvaardiging van in totaal 5 leden van de divisiecliëntenraden: ziekenhuiszorg (Beatrixziekenhuis) en de VVT (verpleeg- en verzorgingshuizen en thuiszorg) en werkt nauw samen met de Raad van Bestuur. Je wordt ondersteund door de ambtelijk secretaris. Wat ga je doen: - Je bereidt de vergadering voor met de ambtelijk secretaris en leidt vergaderingen met gevoel voor cliëntperspectief en geeft gepaste ruimte voor ieders inbreng. - Vanuit de CCR wordt gevraagd en ongevraagd advies gegeven over o.a. beleid, financiën en strategie. - Je geeft richting aan het proces en zorgt voor een open, gelijkwaardig en professioneel overlegklimaat. - Je zorgt dat de CCR optimaal gebruikmaakt van de rechten en mogelijkheden die de Wmcz biedt. - Je bent contactpersoon voor de Raad van Bestuur. De CCR komt ongeveer 8 keer per jaar bij elkaar in een vergadering met de Raad van Bestuur. De werkzaamheden vragen een tijdsinvestering van gemiddeld 12 uur per maand. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt affiniteit met en kennis van de zorgsector en bij voorkeur ook de Wmcz. - Je hebt bestuurlijke ervaring of ervaring in belangenbehartiging. - Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en verbindende vaardigheden en weet die op verschillende niveaus effectief in te zetten. - Je toont natuurlijk leiderschap, bent integer, luistert actief en kunt richting geven. - Je leidt vergaderingen effe...
