Wilt u uw talenten en ervaring betreffende de kwaliteit van zorg en welzijn inzetten als (toekomstig) voorzitter van de Respect Cliëntenraad? Wij zoeken een voorzitter of een lid dat op termijn voorzitter wil worden. De Respect Cliëntenraad (RCR) vertegenwoordigt zowel de verpleeghuis- als de thuiszorg-cliënten van Respect. Cliënten hebben het recht om mee te denken en te praten over hun belangen en besluiten op het gebied van kwaliteit van zorg en welzijn. De Wet Medezeggenschap Cliënten Zorginstellingen 2018 (Wmcz 2018) is leidend voor de werkzaamheden van de RCR. De RCR kan gevraagd en ongevraagd adviseren. De Respect Cliëntenraad bestaat momenteel uit acht enthousiaste leden. De RCR vergadert maandelijks en om de maand met de Raad van Bestuur en het management. Naast het vergaderen houden leden zich onder meer bezig met het onderhouden van contacten, deelname aan diverse werkgroepen en voorbereiden van adviezen. Gemiddeld nemen de taken 8 à 10 uur per maand in beslag, voor de voorzitter is dit ongeveer 20 uur per maand. De RCR heeft secretariële ondersteuning en is lid van het LOC (Landelijke Organisatie Cliëntenraden). Van leden van de cliëntenraad wordt verwacht dat zij: • geïnteresseerd zijn in de zorg aan bewoners in het verpleeghuis en cliënten die thuiszorg ontvangen; • in staat zijn het gemeenschappelijk belang boven het persoonlijk belang te stellen; • in staat zijn om beleidstukken te lezen en zich een mening te vormen; • in staat zijn om informatie te vergaren, kennis op te doen en bereid zijn om scholing te volgen op het gebied van medezeggenschap of ontwikkelingen in de zorg; • in staat zijn tot zelfreflectie en tactvol en inte...
