Dat vinden wij ook! Als organisatie bekijken we samen met de cliënt hoe we hem of haar het beste kunnen ondersteunen. Tijdens het begeleidingstraject begeleiden we cliënten naar het gewenste niveau van zelfstandigheid aan de hand van een persoonlijke begeleidingsplan. Hierin richten we ons op verschillende leefgebieden en stellen we samen met de cliënt doelstellingen op. Om de belangen en perspectieven van onze cliënten te waarborgen werkt De-Bruggen nauw samen met de cliëntenraad. Voor nu zijn we op zoek naar een voorzitter voor de cliëntenraad. Wil jij weten wat er komt kijken bij deze functie? Lees dan snel verder! Wie zijn wij? De-Bruggen biedt beschermd wonen en begeleiding op individueel- en groepsniveau. We zijn gespecialiseerd in het begeleiden van personen vanaf 17 jaar met een (complexe) meervoudige problematiek. Dit kan zich kenmerken door gedrags- en/of verslavingsproblemen. Ook kan er sprake zijn van een dubbele diagnose van zowel een psychiatrische aandoening als een verstandelijke beperking. Iedereen met een hulpvraag is welkom, bij ons staat het individu centraal. In de begeleiding richten we ons op verschillende leefgebieden volgens een oplossingsgerichte aanpak. Wat doet de cliëntenraad? De cliëntenraad behartigt de collectieve belangen van alle cliënten van De-Bruggen. De cliëntenraad toetst het beleid en kwaliteit van De-Bruggen en adviseert, (on)gevraagd, vanuit het perspectief van de cliënten (en naasten). Momenteel bestaat de cliëntenraad uit twee leden. In de cliëntenraad kunnen maximaal vijf leden, inclusief voorzitter. Het aantal vergaderingen wordt per jaar vastgesteld. Dit is ongeveer elf vergaderingen per jaar. De cliëntenraad geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd advies over thema's zoals: • Transparantie; • Kwaliteit; • Veiligheid; • Goed bestuur; • Toegankelijkheid; • Communicatie; • Klachten en vertrouwen.
