De commissie We hebben een onafhankelijke commissie bezwaarschriften. Deze commissie adviseert onze gemeentelijke bestuursorganen over de afhandeling van bezwaarschriften. De commissie behandelt daarnaast een deel van de bezwaarschriften van de gemeente Kaag en Braassem. Het betreft een algemene commissie die adviseert over uiteenlopende bezwaarschriften, met uitzondering van bezwaarschriften op het gebied van belastingen (waaronder de WOZ), de Jeugdwet en de Participatiewet. Het horen van belanghebbenden en de advisering vinden plaats door een commissie in wisselende samenstelling, bestaande uit een voorzitter en twee leden. De commissie wordt ondersteund door een ambtelijk secretaris en bestaat in totaal uit twee voorzitters en zeven leden. Per maand vinden in beginsel twee hoorzittingen plaats: op woensdagavond in Nieuwveen en op donderdagavond in Roelofarendsveen. Vanwege het vertrek van een voorzitter en een lid ontstaan per 1 januari 2027 twee vacatures. Gelet op de huidige samenstelling van de commissie zijn wij in het bijzonder op zoek naar kandidaten met actuele kennis van en ervaring met het omgevingsrecht, waaronder de Omgevingswet en handhaving. Jouw profiel Wij zoeken kandidaten die: - Beschikken over gedegen kennis van het bestuursrecht en bestuursprocesrecht en goed inzicht hebben in gemeentelijke besluitvormingsprocessen. - Beschikken over actuele en aantoonbare kennis en ervaring op het gebied van het omgevingsrecht en handhaving. - Gevoel hebben voor politiek-bestuurlijke verhoudingen, zonder daarbij de onafhankelijke positie van de commissie uit het oog te verliezen. - Samen met de andere commissieleden tot een onafhankelijk en juridisch goed onderbouwd oordeel kunnen komen. - In staat zijn om, waar nodig, snel en adequaat te rea...
