Ben jij iemand die overzicht houdt, graag samenwerkt en het leuk vindt om richting te geven aan onze waterpolotak? Dan zoeken we jou. Als voorzitter van de polocommissie ben je de verbindende schakel tussen het bestuur, de trainers en de spelers. Je zorgt dat de commissie goed draait en dat alles wat met waterpolo te maken heeft soepel verloopt. Wat je doet: ✅ Verdeelt taken en bewaakt voortgang, kwaliteit en samenwerking binnen de commissie. ✅ Zorgt voor een goede organisatie van trainingen, wedstrijden en teamindelingen. ✅ Draagt zorg voor voldoende en goed opgeleid kader (trainers, coaches, scheidsrechters). ✅ Is het eerste aanspreekpunt en vertegenwoordiger van de waterpolo-afdeling binnen het verenigingsbestuur. ✅ Stimuleert een open communicatie tussen spelers, trainers, ouders en bestuur. ✅ Stimuleert sportiviteit, respect en verenigingszin binnen de afdeling. ✅ Lost conflicten of organisatorische problemen op waar nodig. ✅ Ondersteunt initiatieven voor ledenwerving en behoud. ✅ Kan omgaan met verschillende belangen en situaties diplomatiek oplossen. We zoeken iemand die communicatief sterk is, graag samenwerkt en affiniteit heeft met de sport. Ervaring binnen de vereniging of de waterpolo-afdeling is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Dé zwem- en waterpolovereniging van Waddinxveen waar sport, prestaties ?nn gezelligheid samenkomen.
