Voorzitter Raad van Toezicht - Bestuurlijk profiel Houd toezicht op een landelijke kennisorganisatie die sport en bewegen inzet voor een vitaal en sociaal Nederland en geef met gezag en verbindend leiderschap richting aan de Raad van Toezicht. Kenniscentrum Sport & Bewegen zoekt per 1 januari 2027 een voorzitter van de Raad van Toezicht . Over Kenniscentrum Sport & Bewegen Kenniscentrum Sport & Bewegen vormt de schakel tussen onderzoek, praktijk en beleid. Als onafhankelijke kennisorganisatie verzamelt, valideert en verspreidt de organisatie kennis over sport en bewegen. Daarmee ondersteunt Kenniscentrum Sport & Bewegen professionals in de sportsector, overheid, onderwijs, zorg en welzijn. Het ministerie van Volksgezondheid, Welzijn en Sport (VWS) is de prioritaire stakeholder. Belangrijke samenwerkingspartners zijn onder meer NOC*NSF, Vereniging Sport en Gemeenten (VSG), Mulier Instituut, Rijksinstituut voor Volksgezondheid en Milieu (RIVM), ZonMw, hogescholen en universiteiten. Kennis wordt verzameld, geduid en verspreid via Kenniscentrumsportenbewegen.nl , Allesoversport.nl en via webinars, congressen, presentaties en andere kennisproducten. De organisatie is gevestigd in Utrecht en telt circa 60 medewerkers. De Raad van Toezicht Met het aftreden van de huidige voorzitter, na twee volledige termijnen, ontstaat per 1 januari 2027 een vacature voor voorzitter van de Raad van Toezicht (RvT). De RvT houdt toezicht op het beleid en functioneren van de directeur-bestuurder en op de algemene gang van zaken binnen de organisatie. Daarnaast staat de RvT de directeur-bestuurder bij met reflectie en advies. De RvT bestaat uit vijf leden. Binnen de Raad functioneren een financiële commissie en een remuneratiecommissie. De financiële commissie ziet toe op een juiste financiële bedrijfsvoering en adviseert de RvT over de begroting en jaarrekening. De remuneratiecommissie beoordeelt jaarlijks het functioneren van de directeur-bestuurd...
