Scholing bij Uniek Verantwoording Voorzitter Raad van Toezicht bij Stichting Uniek Stichting Uniek zoekt een nieuwe voorzitter voor de Raad van Toezicht. We zoeken een betrokken en verbindende toezichthouder met bestuurlijke ervaring, een brede onderwijsachtergrond en bij voorkeur affiniteit met de regio. Over de functie De Raad van Toezicht bestaat uit vijf leden en houdt toezicht op het beleid van het College van Bestuur en de algemene gang van zaken binnen Stichting Uniek. Daarnaast is de raad werkgever en adviseur van het College van Bestuur. Als voorzitter bereid je vergaderingen zorgvuldig voor, bewaak je de kwaliteit van de besluitvorming en stimuleer je de samenwerking en professionele ontwikkeling binnen de raad. We zoeken een onafhankelijke en verbindende voorzitter met natuurlijke autoriteit, kennis van governance en inzicht in het onderwijsveld.
