DirectieWerf Logo Voorzitter Raad van Toezicht Stichting Cedergroep omvat vijf scholen voor voortgezet onderwijs in Amsterdam, Amstelveen en de Ronde Venen (Mijdrecht en Vinkeveen). De Cederscholen bieden algemeen vormend onderwijs op vmbo-t of mavo, havo- en vwo- (atheneum en gymnasium) niveau aan circa 6.000 leerlingen. Op de Cederscholen zijn alle leerlingen en medewerkers welkom, ongeacht hun geloofs- of levensovertuiging (inclusiviteit). De identiteit van de onderwijsgroep wordt vorm gegeven op een manier die past bij de samenleving van nu. De scholen staan open voor verschillende opvattingen en leren de leerlingen daar mee om te gaan. De Cedergroep gelooft in de kracht van het verschil. Op de Cederscholen is elke leerling uniek. De scholen gaan niet uit van de beperking van een leerling, maar zien voor elke leerling kansen. Met alle ervaring slagen de scholen erin vele leerlingen te laten doorstromen naar het best passende schoolniveau. In de komende jaren gaan de scholen daarmee door. De Cederscholen bieden kwalitatief goed en eigentijds onderwijs. De leerlingen worden optimaal voorbereid op de toekomst. Het onderwijs sluit goed aan op een vervolgopleiding, biedt leerlingen de mogelijkheid om actief deel te nemen aan de samenleving, en maakt hen in de toekomst kansrijk op de arbeidsmarkt. De Stichting werkt met het Raad-van-toezichtmodel en wordt aangestuurd door een eenhoofdig College van Bestuur. De Raad van Toezicht telt vier leden en een voorzitter. Stichting Cedergroep zoekt vanwege het aflopen van de zittingstermijn met ingang van 1 oktober 2022 een: Voorzitter Raad van Toezicht Ervaren toezichthouder met kennis van onderwijs en verbindende kwaliteiten Profiel: - Kan sturing geven aan de informatieverzameling, oordeels- en besluitvorming in de RvT en beschikt daartoe over voorzitterservaring; - Is bekend met de methodiek van modern vraaggestuurd toezichthouden; - Kan zorgen voor een prettige en vruchtbare samen...
