- Equipe - Over Equipe Voorzitter Raad van Toezicht Academisch 8 Voorzitter Raad van Toezicht Kerobei Venlo / Hybride Academisch 8 Organisatie - Toonaangevend in primair onderwijs regio Venlo e.o. - 17 unieke scholen, 4500 leerlingen - Onderwijs dat kinderen laat groeien - Organisatie in ontwikkeling Kerobei is een stichting voor primair onderwijs in Nederland, met scholen in onder andere Baarlo, Beesel, Belfeld, Blerick, Maasbree, Reuver en Steyl. Een stichting met 17 unieke scholen op basis van vrijheid en professionele verantwoordelijkheid. Kerobei biedt onderwijs aan meer dan 4.500 leerlingen en zet zich in voor passend onderwijs en gelijke kansen voor elk kind. Kinderen verdienen onderwijs dat hen laat groeien. Medewerkers verdienen vertrouwen, ruimte en goed leiderschap. Organisaties verdienen een bestuur en toezicht dat stabiliteit biedt, koers houdt en vooruitkijkt. Kerobei staat op een belangrijk punt in haar ontwikkeling. De afgelopen jaren waren dynamisch. Wisselingen in bestuur, aandacht voor de kwaliteit van het onderwijs en een organisatie die tegelijkertijd werkt aan verdere professionalisering en het belang van goed toezicht onderstreept. Tegelijkertijd is het geloof in de toekomst groot. Binnen de scholen, de staf, de medezeggenschap en de RvT leeft de overtuiging dat Kerobei alles in huis heeft om haar positie als toonaangevende onderwijsorganisatie in Noord-Limburg verder te versterken. Functie De opgave De achterliggende periode, met zorgen over de onderwijskwaliteit binnen Kerobei en wisselingen binnen zowel College van Bestuur als RvT, heeft veel van de RvT gevraagd. Nu is er behoefte aan verdere professionalisering en een nieuw rolvast samenspel met het College van Bestuur. De komende jaren geeft de nieuwe voorzitter samen met de leden van de RvT richting aan deze ontwikkeling om zo verder te groeien naar een toekomstbestendig, professioneel en zichtbaar toezichthoudend orgaan.
