Sie sind ein_e Macher_in, der_die nicht nur mit anpackt, sondern auch den Überblick auf der Baustelle behält? Bei BAUMANN GLAS übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für Ihr Team und sorgen dafür, dass unsere beeindruckenden Glasfassaden reibungslos gemeinsam mit Ihnen montiert werden. Wir bieten Ihnen einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz mit echten Vorteilen und die Möglichkeit, Ihre Führungsqualitäten unter Beweis zu stellen!

Ihre Aufgaben:

º Eigenständige Montage von Glasfassaden und Glaskonstruktionen

º Arbeiten mit modernen Werkzeugen und Hebetechniken

º Sie führen Ihr motiviertes Team durch jede Bauphase

º Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Qualitätsstandards

Das bringen Sie mit:

º Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Montage

º Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

º Führungserfahrung oder die Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

º Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

º Reisebereitschaft für Montagetätigkeiten (vorrangig Zentral- und Ost-Österreich)

Gehalt:

Die Entlohnung erfolgt gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag für das Metallgewerbe. Der Mindestlohn für diese Position beträgt € 3.397,52 brutto pro Monat. Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich.
