Die Laube sozial-psychiatrische Aktivitäten GmbH mit Sitz in Hallein setzt an insgesamt

6 Standorten im Bundesland Salzburg seit über 40 Jahren Angebote der psychosozialen Versorgung.

Für den Standort Hallein suchen wir mit Beginn ab 01.01.2027 eine_n 1 Vorarbeiter_in

auf Vollzeitbasis im Rahmen einer 5-Tage-Woche.

Aufgaben:

* Planung und Gestaltung der Arbeitsbereiche Produktion und Konfektionierung

* Auftragsplanung, -vorbereitung und -Abschluss

* Einschulung der Hilfsmitarbeiter*innen am Arbeitsplatz

* Be- und Entladung von An- & Abholungen (LKW und Container)

* Fehler- und Qualitätskontrolle

* Lagerverwaltung, Inventur und Transporttätigkeiten

Anforderungsprofil:

* Lehrabschluss oder höhere Ausbildung

* Entsprechende berufliche Vorerfahrung

* Staplerschein mit Erfahrung

* Gültige Erst-Helfer Ausbildung (oder Bereitschaft diese zu absolvieren)

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen mit psychischer Erkrankung

* Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Genauigkeit

* Kenntnisse in Qualitätssicherung, Produktionsplanung und Teamführung

* EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office u. Excel)

* Führerschein B

* Deutsch Level B2
