Über diese Stelle

Als Vorarbeiter in der Logistik übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Steuerung und Überwachung von Arbeitsprozessen in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich. Sie koordinieren Ihr Team, verteilen Aufgaben effizient und stellen sicher, dass Arbeiten nach Vorgabe, termingerecht und in hoher Qualität ausgeführt werden. Mit Ihrem technischen Verständnis und Ihrer Erfahrung unterstützen Sie Ihre Kollegen bei der täglichen Arbeit, lösen Probleme direkt vor Ort und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf. Sie sind das Bindeglied zwischen Facharbeitern und Führungsebene - mit dem Ziel, sichere und zuverlässige Ergebnisse in der Luftfahrt zu gewährleisten.

Deine Aufgaben

* Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung des Teams

* Einleitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der vereinbarten Ziele (Produktivität, Qualität, Kosten, Menge,..)

* Feinsteuerung des Produktionsprogramms in Abstimmung mit Planung und Gruppenleitung

* Sicherstellung, dass nach Fertigungsunterlagen und Vorschriften gearbeitet wird

* Einhaltung der geltenden Sicherheitsbestimmungen und Richtlinien

* Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit abteilungsübergreifenden Bereichen

* Mitarbeit bei der Abwicklung von internen und externen Audits

* Einschulung, Integration und Weiterentwicklung neuer Mitarbeiter (fachlich und persönlich)

* Mitarbeit bei kontinuierlicher Verbesserung der Produkt- und Prozessqualität

Dein Profil

* Genaue und saubere Arbeitsweise

* Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Logistikbereich mit Führungsverantwortung

Der Einstiegslohn für Vorarbeiter beträgt in einer sechsmonatigen Einarbeitungsphase mindestens € 3.378,11 brutto. Danach steigt der Monatslohn auf mindestens € 3.721,76 brutto jedoch max. auf € 4.143,08 brutto ohne Überstunden oder div. Zulagen. Der Bruttomonatslohn (Holzindustrie) liegt laut Kollektivvertrag zwischen € 2.459,91 (exkl. ÜSt. und Schichtzulage) und € 2.795,58.
