25 bis 40 Wochenstunden

In Ihrer Funktion als Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) sind Sie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Service-Manager (m/w/d) für die Betreuung sowie die erfolgreiche Abwicklung von Kundenanfragen an unseren Standorten in Kufstein zuständig.

Sie unterstützen das Reinigungsteam bei der Verrichtung der täglichen Aufgaben und stellen durch Kontrollen sowie einer umsichtigen Organisation einen hohen Standard und einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher.

Als Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) sind Sie einer der Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden. Sie übernehmen operative Tätigkeiten, die Personalkoordination und das Führen von Reinigungskontrollen gemäß ISS-Richtlinien, wirken bei der Erstellung von Dienstplänen und deren Umsetzung mit, außerdem sind Sie für die Einschulung neuer Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) verantwortlich.

Die konkreten Einsatzzeiten erfolgen nach individueller Absprache in einer 5-Tage-Woche. Sie erhalten eine genaue Einschulung am Objekt. Das Wochenstundenausmaß kann ebenfalls nach Wunsch zwischen 25 und 40 Stunden angepasst werden.

IHR PROFIL

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Facility-Bereich

* Erste Führungserfahrungen von Vorteil

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Führerschein der Klasse B von Vorteil

* EDV-Grundkenntnisse (MS Office, Excel, Teams)

* Lehrabschlussprüfung von Vorteil

Der Bruttostundenlohn beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 12,37 + 10% VA-Zuschlag. Abhängig von Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
