Unser Partner ist ein eigentümergeführtes Bauunternehmen mit rund 100 Mitarbeitenden in Traun (Oberösterreich). Als Teil einer Unternehmensgruppe realisiert es Projekte von der Planung bis zur schlüsselfertigen Übergabe aus einer Hand, mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen bis zur Eigentümerebene. 1 Vorarbeiter_in Hochbau Als Vorarbeiter_in im Hochbau übernehmen Sie echte Verantwortung auf der Baustelle.

Arbeitszeit

* Vollzeit, 39 Stunden pro Woche

* Abwechselnd kurze/lange Woche (jeden 2. Freitag frei)

* Baustellenzeiten flexibel je nach Projektphase

* Teilweise Gleitzeit für Büro- und Planungsaufgaben

Überstunden

* Bei Bedarf projektbezogen

* In der Regel durch Freizeitausgleich oder Vergütung abgegolten

* Gelegentliche auswärtige Übernachtungen können erforderlich sein, sind aber kein Ausschlusskriterium

Vergütung

* Ab € 3.593,40 brutto pro Monat

* Bis zu € 4.700 brutto pro Monat möglich (bei 10 Jahren Erfahrung)

Ihre Aufgaben

* Mitarbeit an Hochbauprojekten, Unterstützung des Poliers und Übernahme eigener Führungsaufgaben

* Führung eines Teams, beispielsweise im Wohnbau, Büro- oder Hallenbau

* Verantwortung für Vermessungsarbeiten sowie Betonier- und Schalungsarbeiten

* Baustellen nach Sicherheitsvorschriften einrichten und absichern

* Organisation von Material, Werkzeug und Arbeitseinsätzen

* Dokumentation und Kontrolle von Baustellenabläufen

Ihr Profil

* Deutschkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend

* Führerschein Klasse B

* Kenntnisse in der Baustellenorganisation

* Berufserfahrung als Vorarbeiter erwünscht

* Von Vorteil: abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maurer oder Hochbauer

* Von Vorteil: abgeschlossene Meisterprüfung
