Über diese Stelle

Für unseren Produktionsbereich suchen wir eine engagierte und führungsstarke Persönlichkeit, die sowohl fachlich als auch organisatorisch den Überblick behält und unser Team mit Kompetenz, Motivation und klaren Zielen leitet. In dieser Schlüsselrolle bist du maßgeblich daran beteiligt, Produktionsprozesse zu optimieren, Qualitätsstandards zu sichern und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter voranzutreiben.

Deine Aufgaben

* Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung des Teams Bereich CNC-Bearbeitung

* Einleitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der vereinbarten Ziele (Produktivität, Qualität, Kosten, Menge ...)

* Einleitung und Umsetzung von Q6 und WIN Aktivitäten

* Feinsteuerung der Auftragsplanung in Abstimmung mit Produktion und Gruppenleitung

* Richtiges priorisieren & zielorientiertes Arbeiten

* Einhaltung der geltenden Sicherheitsbestimmungen und Richtlinien

* Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit abteilungsübergreifenden Bereichen

* Einschulung, Integration und Weiterentwicklung neuer Mitarbeiter (fachlich und persönlich)

* Mitarbeit bei kontinuierlicher Verbesserung der Produkt- und Prozessqualität

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Lehre Schlosser_in, Mechaniker_in, Zerspanungstechniker_in, Tischler_in oder Maschinenbau

* Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinären Führung von Mitarbeiter_innen

* Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse sowie Affinität für weitere Programme sowie Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung

* Überstunden- und 3 Schichtbereitschaft

* Von Vorteil:

> Programmierkenntnisse - Siemens Sinumerik 840 D

> SAP-Kenntnisse

Der Einstiegslohn für Vorarbeiter_innen beträgt in einer sechsmonatigen Einarbeitungsphase mindestens € 3.378,11 brutto. Danach steigt der Monatslohn auf mindestens € 3.721,76 brutto jedoch max. auf € 4.143,08 brutto ohne Überstunden oder div. Zulagen. Der Bruttomonatslohn (Holzindustrie) liegt laut Kollektivvertrag zwischen € 2.459,91 (exkl. ÜSt. und Schichtzulage) und € 2.795,58.
