Wir gestalten innovative und kreative Lösungen und setzen diese schnell, unkompliziert und transparent um. 1 Vorarbeiter_in Industrielackierung, Sandstrahlen & Beschichtung Ihre Aufgaben:

* Führung und Koordination eines Teams im Bereich Sandstrahlen, Lackierung und Beschichtung

* Organisation und Überwachung der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe Einteilung der Mitarbeiter sowie Koordination der Arbeitsaufträge

* Überwachung der fachgerechten Durchführung von Sandstrahl-, Lackier- und Beschichtungsarbeiten

* Kontrolle der Oberflächenvorbereitung und Beschichtungsqualität Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften

* Kontrolle und Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten Überwachung von Materialverbrauch und Arbeitszeiten

* Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter bei technischen und praktischen Fragen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Kunden

Ihr Profil:

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Industrielackierung, Sandstrahlen oder Beschichtung

* Erfahrung in einer Führungs- oder Vorarbeiterfunktion von Vorteil

* Gute Kenntnisse in der Oberflächenvorbereitung und im Korrosionsschutz

* Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit

* Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Sichere Deutschkenntnisse

* Führerschein der Klasse B von Vorteil
