Dein Beitrag zum Erfolg: Du bist verantwortlich für die Inbetriebnahme und Sicherstellung des ordnungsgemäßen Betriebs der Produktionsanlagen Du überwachst und optimierst die Produktionsprozesse Du zeigst aktive Mitarbeit bei Produktionsarbeiten z.B. Vorbereitung, Verarbeitung, Verpackung, Etikettierung, Reinigung der Anlagen und Arbeitsbereiche Auch für die Führung der Produktionsmitarbeiter:innen, die Personaleinteilung und die Tagesplanung bist du zuständig Du bist Schnittstelle zur Produktionsleitung und zu anderen Arbeitsbereichen in der Produktion Du führst Qualitätskontrollen durch und dokumentierst Die Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards unterliegt auch deiner Verantwortung Diese Fähigkeiten zeichnen dich aus: abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung wünschenswert, bevorzugt im Lebensmittelumfeld einschlägige Erfahrung als Vorarbeiter:in, Maschinen- oder Anlagenführer:in Erfahrung in einem liniengeführten Produktionsbetrieb aus dem Lebensmittelbereich von Vorteil sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse hohes Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein körperliche Belastbarkeit - Bereitschaft gerne anzupacken Führerschein B & eigener PKW zur Erreichbarkeit des Arbeitsplatzes Arbeitsbereitschaft in gekühlten Bereichen (0-8 °C) technisches Verständnis Deshalb lohnt es sich einzusteigen: zukunftssicherer Arbeitsplatz in einem expandierenden Unternehmen mit Anbindung an eine starke Unternehmensgruppe Teamklima mit WIR-Gefühl und DU-Mentalität bis in die Führungsebene kostenloses Mittagessen + Getränke KEINE Nachtschicht regelmäßige Mitarbeiterevents moderne Arbeitsumgebung mit neuester Technologie Ausstattung mit der erforderlichen Arbeitsbekleidung Für diese Position ist ein über dem KV-Minimum liegender Monatsbruttolohn auf Vollzeitbasis von EUR 2.240,38 + EUR 180,- freiwillige Kältezulage + EUR 600,- Vorarbeiterzulage vorgesehen.
