Als VPC Medewerker Underbody Coating in Zeebrugge bescherm je voertuigen tegen roest en andere invloeden van buitenaf. Zo zorg je ervoor dat wagens langer meegaan en in optimale staat bij de klant aankomen.

Je reinigt en ontvet het onderstel, maskeert onderdelen die niet gecoat mogen worden en controleert elk voertuig op beschadigingen of afwijkingen. Vervolgens breng je met professionele spuitapparatuur de beschermende coating gelijkmatig aan. Je werkt daarbij vrijwel de volledige shift met een masker en houdt de installatie langdurig boven je nek en schouders.

Na afloop inspecteer je de afwerking, meld je afwijkingen aan je verantwoordelijke en houd je jouw werkplek netjes en veilig. Je volgt procedures en kwaliteitsnormen nauwgezet. Ervaring is welkom, maar dankzij de opleiding krijgen ook gemotiveerde starters de kans om dit vak te leren binnen een internationale logistieke omgeving.

  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands of Engels.
  • Je beschikt minstens één jaar over een rijbewijs B voor handgeschakelde en automatische voertuigen.
  • Je bent bereid fysiek werk te verrichten met de armen boven schouderhoogte.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en veilig.
  • Je bent leergierig, verantwoordelijk en een echte teamspeler.
  • Ervaring in carrosserie, spuittechnieken of voertuigonderhoud is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent inzetbaar in ploegen- en dagdienst.
