Jeschakelt gemakkelijk tussen strategische en beleids-matige vraagstukkenen de dagelijkse HR-praktijk. MEER OVER DE WERKGEVER Bij VPCO Ermelo verbind je strategisch beleid moeiteloos met dedagelijkse praktijk op onze vijf christelijke basisscholen. Als stevige enbetrokken HR-adviseur ben je de sparringpartner voor onze directeuren ende bestuurder. Je adviseert hen gevraagd en ongevraagd overuiteenlopende vraagstukken zoals formatie, verzuim enorganisatieontwikkeling. Je signaleert trends, kijkt verder dan vandaag envertaalt ideeën naar concreet beleid. Je werkt zelfstandig en zorgvuldig,maar bent ook een zichtbaar en benaderbaar gezicht op onze scholen. Je werkt vanuit het bestuurskantoor, maar bent ook regelmatig aanwezigop onze scholen. Op het bestuurskantoor werken we in een klein teammet korte lijnen en een laagdrempelige sfeer. We werken hard en pakkensamen veel op, maar er is ook ruimte voor gezelligheid, samen lunchen ofeven een kop koffie. Daarnaast organiseren we gedurende het jaarverschillende bijeenkomsten voor onze medewerkers.
