Hoe maak jij het verschil?

Als hoofdverpleegkundige ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen het zorgteam. Samen met artsen, therapeuten, verpleegkundigen, zorgkundigen en andere collega’s zorg je ervoor dat elke patiënt de beste zorg krijgt — professioneel én menselijk. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en precies dat maakt jouw job zo boeiend. In de rol van hoofdverpleegkundige op de dienst diabetologie en endocrinologie neem je daarbij een sleutelpositie op: je coördineert de werking van de dienst en draagt actief bij aan het verder uitbouwen van een professionele, patiëntgerichte zorgomgeving.

Wat ga je doen:

  • Dagelijkse coördinatie van activiteiten waarbij je personeelsbezetting, planning en organisatie op elkaar afstemt.
  • Optimale patiëntenzorg door effectieve planning en coördinatie, rekening houdend met de specifieke noden van de patiënten.
  • Monitoring van zorgkwaliteit, het identificeren van knelpunten en het initiëren van verbeteringsinitiatieven.
  • Ondersteunen en motiveren van medewerkers bij hun professionele ontwikkeling en groei.
  • Implementatie van nieuwe zorgprocessen en -procedures binnen de gezondheidszorg.
  • Samenwerking met multidisciplinaire teams (artsen, psychologen, therapeuten, sociaal verpleegkundige ) om de continuïteit van zorg te waarborgen.
  • Vertegenwoordiging van de afdeling op diverse interne en externe overlegplatformen.

Welke collega zoeken we?

We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste leidinggevende die zichzelf herkent in volgende eigenschappen:

  • Ervaring en expertise: Je hebt een Bachelor diploma in de verpleegkunde en minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen de gezondheidszorg. Je hebt al een extra opleiding genoten, zoals een masteropleiding, Banaba Zorgmanagement of postgraduaat zorgmanagement. Indien je niet in het bezit bent van de nodige diploma's, ben je bereid om dit op korte termijn te behalen na de aanstelling.
  • Leiderschap: Organisatorische, leidinggevende en communicatieve vaardigheden zijn jouw troeven. Je kan een team inspireren en richting geven.
  • Taalvaardigheid: Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van de Franse taal.
  • Samen sterker: Je bent een creatieve en dynamische persoon die ervan overtuigd is dat overleg in multidisciplinair verband de beste resultaten oplevert. Eerlijkheid, respect, loyaliteit en teamspirit zijn voor jou essentiële waarden.
