Voor onze klant, een toonaangevende speler in de logistieke afhandeling van droge bulkgoederen, zijn we op zoek naar een vrachtwagenbelader / siloarbeider in 3 ploegen. Vanuit de strategische ligging in de haven van Gent beheren ze een geavanceerde opslag- en overslaginstallatie waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie centraal staan. Dagelijks zorgen ze ervoor dat goederen vlot en betrouwbaar van schip naar silo – en omgekeerd – worden verplaatst. En dat doen ze met een hecht team van gemotiveerde professionals.

Als vrachtwagenbelader / silo-arbeider speel je een essentiële rol in het logistieke proces. Je staat in voor het veilig, correct en efficiënt laden en lossen van vrachtwagens en zorgt ervoor dat elke lading op de juiste plaats terechtkomt.

Je controleert of de juiste goederen worden geladen of gelost volgens planning en procedures. Daarnaast voer je reinigings- en onderhoudswerken uit en waak je over de orde en netheid van de silo's, installaties en de volledige infrastructuur.

Je werkt actief mee aan een veilige werkomgeving en draagt bij aan een vlotte dagelijkse werking van de site.

  • Je hebt een opleiding secundair onderwijs afgerond of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands goed en hebt een basiskennis van het Frans (mondeling).
  • Fysiek werk, buitenwerk, werken op hoogte en in afgesloten ruimtes vormen voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je bent sociaal, klantgericht en gaat vlot om met chauffeurs en collega's.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en bereid om te werken in een ploegensysteem (vroeg/laat), met sporadisch nacht- en weekendwerk volgens beurtrol.
