The posting

Voor een visgroothandel zijn wij op zoek naar een betrouwbare en zelfstandige vrachtwagenchauffeur die op vrijdag en zaterdagochtend beschikbaar is. Je werkdag begint om 07:00 uur en duurt ongeveer vier uur.

Je rijdt voornamelijk een vaste route van IJmuiden naar een viswinkel in Amsterdam. Daar zorg je ervoor dat de vracht met tropische vissen veilig en zorgvuldig wordt uitgeladen en in de winkel wordt gebracht. Het laden en lossen doe je met een elektrische pompwagen, waardoor je het werk efficiënt en zelfstandig kunt uitvoeren.

Naast de vaste route kan het af en toe voorkomen dat je een andere rit rijdt, bijvoorbeeld naar een particuliere horecaklant. Deze ritten kunnen door heel Nederland plaatsvinden. Geen dag is daardoor altijd hetzelfde, maar de vaste route vormt de basis van je werkzaamheden.

Je komt terecht in een nuchtere en directe werkomgeving. De winkel in Amsterdam wordt bemand door een volledig Volendams team. Hier geldt een echte aanpakkersmentaliteit: we houden van hard werken, duidelijke communicatie en collega's die hun afspraken nakomen. Je hoeft niet per se Nederlands te spreken voor deze functie kun je zowel met Nederlands als met Engels uit de voeten.
