The posting

Als vrachtwagenchauffeur CE ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt en veilig transporteren van zeecontainers tussen havens, terminals, depots en klanten. Je werkt volgens een vooraf opgemaakte planning, maar bent flexibel genoeg om in te spelen op wijzigingen (zoals wachttijden in de haven of last-minute opdrachten).

Je vertrekt dagelijks met je trekker-oplegger combinatie richting verschillende laad- en loslocaties. Hierbij voer je zelf de nodige controles uit op het voertuig en de lading (zoals het correct bevestigen van containers en controleren van zegels). Je bent vertrouwd met het gebruik van boordcomputers en volgt nauwkeurig de opgegeven routes en instructies.

Daarnaast sta je in voor:

- Het correct aanmelden en afmelden aan terminals en havens

- Het naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften en havenprocedures

- Het uitvoeren van eenvoudige administratieve taken, zoals het verwerken van CMR-documenten en digitale transportopdrachten

- Het signaleren van eventuele problemen (vertragingen, schade, technische mankementen) en deze tijdig rapporteren aan de planning

- Het onderhouden van contact met planners, klanten en terminalmedewerkers

Je werkt voornamelijk regionaal of nationaal (afhankelijk van de planning), met occasioneel internationale ritten. Je houdt rekening met rij- en rusttijden en zorgt voor een professionele vertegenwoordiging van het bedrijf op de weg en bij klanten.

Takenpakket:

- Transport van zeecontainers (nationaal / internationaal)

- Laden en lossen volgens planning

- Correct invullen en beheren van transportdocumenten

- Zorg dragen voor het voertuig en naleven van verkeers- en veiligheidsregels

- In het bezit van rijbewijs CE + geldige code 95

- Ervaring met containertransport is een must, havenkennis is ook een must, wij zijn aktief voornamelijk in Antwerpse-haven en haven van Zeebrugge.

- Goede kennis van het wegennet en rij- en rusttijden

- Betrouwbaar, zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk

- Basiskennis Nederlands,Engels,Turks,Bulgaars
