The posting

Als vrachtwagenmecanicien sta je in voor het technisch onderhoud, de diagnose en de herstelling van vrachtwagens, opleggers en groot rollend materieel. Je werkt met systemen zoals ABS, EBS, motorsturingen en CAN-bus, en voert zowel mechanische als elektrische herstellingen uit volgens de richtlijnen van de constructeur.

Je begint je dag met een werkorder en bespreekt de planning met de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke. Je gebruikt diagnoseapparatuur om storingen op te sporen en voert herstellingen uit aan motoren, transmissies, pneumatische systemen, hydraulische installaties en elektrische bedrading. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor preventief onderhoud, zoals het controleren van remsystemen, koppelingen, verlichting en het bijvullen van olie en koelvloeistof. Je zorg voor een correcte registratie van je werkzaamheden in het werkplaatsbeheersysteem en houdt je strikt aan de veiligheidsvoorschriften.

  • Diploma BSO of TSO autotechnieken, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 5 jaar praktijkervaring als vrachtwagenmecanicien of technieker rollend materieel
  • Kennis van voertuigelektronica, diagnoseapparatuur, ABS/EBS-systemen en CAN-bus
  • Ervaring met mechanische, elektrische, hydraulische en pneumatische systemen
  • Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde aanpak
  • Graag samenwerken in teamverband
  • Flexibel inzetbaar in vroege en late ploegen
  • Respect voor orde, netheid en veiligheidsvoorschriften
