The posting

Wij zijn op zoek naar enthousiaste vrachtwagenmonteurs die helpen onze klanten weer veilig op weg te helpen. Als monteur werk jij aan trucks van onder andere DAF, GINAF, TATRA en MAN.

Als vrachtwagenmonteur ben je technisch specialist in de onderhoud en reparatie van vrachtwagens, vrachtauto's en bestelwagens. Daarnaast repareer en onderhoud jij opleggers en trailers. De werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit het uitvoeren van onderhoudsbeurten, het opsporen en oplossen van storingen en het uitvoeren van (motorische) reparaties.

Een vrachtwagenmonteur maakt tevens trucks APK klaar en controleert de eventuele slijtage van onderdelen. Ook het vervangen van bijvoorbeeld de remmen, stuursystemen, steunpunten, lagers, slangen, bougies, etc. behoort tot het takenpakket.

Als vrachtwagenmonteur hou jij je tevens bezig met het doormeten en aansluiten van elektrische zaken zoals de verlichting, claxon, etc. en het doormeten en afstellen van de laadkleppen en brandstof systemen.

Na de reparatie zorg je ervoor dat de vrachtwagen klaar staat voor levering en transport. Ook kan je instaan voor het ophalen en wegbrengen van vrachtwagens van én naar de klant.

  • Jij hebt veel kennis van hydraulieksystemen, elektronica en mechanica.

Zo leiden wij je op als vrachtwagenmonteur voor onder andere DAF, GINAF, TATRA en MAN. Via diverse trainingen stellen wij je in staat om jezelf te ontwikkelen en te specialiseren. Ook bieden wij je de mogelijkheid tot het behalen van rijbewijs C en APK I APK II en Tacho opleidingen.
