Jouw aanwezigheid zorgt voor waardevolle momenten en iets om naar uit te kijken. Wie zijn wij Op Zuideinde 2 wonen ouderen met een lichte tot ernstige verstandelijke beperking en uiteenlopende zorgvragen. Een deel van de bewoners maakt gebruik van een rolstoel en bij sommigen is sprake van de ziekte van Alzheimer. Wij bieden een warme en vertrouwde omgeving waarin de behoeften van de bewoner centraal staan. Ons doel is om bewoners een fijne en betekenisvolle oude dag te bieden, waarbij respect, eigen regie en persoonlijke aandacht vooropstaan. Wij stimuleren bewoners om zelf keuzes te maken op het gebied van bijvoorbeeld dagbesteding, geloofsbeleving en contact met familie. Wat iemand zelf kan, blijft hij of zij zoveel mogelijk zelf doen, met passende ondersteuning. Zo dragen we bij aan het behoud van zelfstandigheid en vitaliteit. Jouw baan als Vrijwilliger gezocht voor Zuideinde 421, 422 en 423 Voor onze woningen Zuideinde 421, 422 en 423 zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste vrijwilliger die in de avonduren iets extra's wil betekenen voor onze bewoners. Activiteiten waarbij je kunt ondersteunen zijn bijvoorbeeld: samen wandelen of fietsen; gezellige spelletjes doen; deelnemen aan activiteiten in het Barbiertje; Daarnaast staan we altijd open voor jouw eigen ideeën en inbreng. Misschien heb je een hobby of activiteit die goed aansluit bij de interesses van onze bewoners. Samen kijken we naar wat past. Met jouw aandacht en betrokkenheid help je bewoners om actief te blijven, sociale contacten te onderhouden en plezierige momenten te beleven. Jouw profiel Je bent een warm en betrokken persoon die de tijd neemt om bewoners te leren kennen Je komt afspraken na en bent betrouwbaar Wat krijg je van ons Het aantal uren is in overleg. Uiteraard houden wij rekening met je agenda en mogelijkheden. Wij

zorgen goed voor onze vrijwilligers, want: je wordt enthousiast ingewerkt; je kunt je reiskosten declareren (in overleg onkosten); er is jaarlijks een cursusaanbod over uiteenlopende thema’s; wij zetten onze vrijwilligers regelmatig in het zonnetje; je ontvangt veel waardering en dankbare reacties, omdat dankzij jouw inzet meer mogelijk wordt voor onze bewoners. Informatie Je werkt bij Ipse de Bruggen vaak met kwetsbare cliënten. Daarom zijn wij zeer zorgvuldig in ons selectiebeleid. De aanvraag van een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG), het navragen van referenties en het opvragen van informatie bij de Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd maken onderdeel uit van de selectieprocedure.
