Jouw rol:

  • Je houdt de voorraad van merchandise, kledij, drukwerk, promotiemateriaal en giveaways overzichtelijk en actueel.
  • Je zorgt voor een logische en ordelijke indeling van het magazijn, zodat materiaal snel terug te vinden is.
  • Je houdt een eenvoudige registratie bij van materiaal dat binnenkomt en buitengaat.
  • Je signaleert wanneer bepaalde voorraden moeten worden aangevuld of vervangen.
  • Je zet materiaal klaar voor events, leveringen en ophalingen wanneer dat nodig is.

Het magazijnbeheer kan grotendeels op een moment dat voor jou past. Je spreekt af wat er moet gebeuren en plant vervolgens zelf wanneer je naar het magazijn komt. Zo krijg je veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid om de taak op jouw manier uit te voeren.

Help je daarnaast af en toe graag mee met logistieke ondersteuning op events? Dat kan zeker, maar het is geen vereiste voor deze functie. Voor logistiek zoeken we ook apart vrijwilligers die op vooraf afgesproken eventmomenten kunnen inspringen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en houdt van orde en structuur.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taak.
  • Je vindt het geen probleem om af en toe materiaal te verplaatsen of te tillen.
  • Je vindt het fijn om je vrijwilligerswerk grotendeels zelf te kunnen inplannen.
  • Je herkent je in de missie van Mercy Ships en wilt daar op een heel praktische manier aan bijdragen.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van Word en Excel en kunt eenvoudige lijsten of registraties digitaal bijhouden.

Ervaring in magazijnbeheer of logistiek is niet nodig. Een praktische ingesteldheid, betrouwbaarheid en zin om mee te helpen vinden we veel belangrijker.
